Borne out of experience

Repeat exposure to organisations grappling with challenges arising from suboptimal interaction between sales and delivery teams is what spurred Miyako into existence.

Our founder’s near two decades of experience in UK infrastructure covering operational and project delivery as well as competitive tendering in both the public and private sectors was fundamental to the development of our ‘Link Levelling’ concept which aids the realisation of true sales and delivery symbiosis in all our client organisations.

So why is this symbiosis so important to us? Its significance arose out of exposure to real life project and operations delivery - this brought into sharp focus an unmet need in the sales and delivery cross-business relationship. It became apparent that failures were not just a result of faulty business strategy but predominantly due to an inability to properly leverage knowledge within the existing workforce and maintain harmonious interaction between these two critical business streams.

We believe many avoidable challenges are the direct result of organisational fragmentation which negates the propagation of harmony simply because engagement, discussion and the sharing of ideas is not properly enabled.

By investing time and effort to physically engage the right areas of the workforce in the right way fewer difficulties will arise because workable solutions are developed which meet their intended purpose. Everyone involved understands it, grasps it and executes it
